Hulu Original – The Great TV Series Prop and Costume Auction

Starting Today, VIP Fan Auctions and Media Rights Capital have partnered to offer screen-used wardrobe and props from the Hulu Original series The Great. This auction will feature original items used throughout the three seasons of the Hulu Original series.

The Great is a satirical, comedic drama about the rise of Catherine the Great from outsider to the longest reigning female ruler in Russia’s history. A very modern story about the past which encompasses the many roles she played over her lifetime as lover, teacher, ruler, friend, and fighter. The series stars Elle Fanning as Catherine, Nicholas Hoult, Phoebe Fox, Adam Godley, Gwilym Lee, Charity Wakefield, Douglas Hodge, Sacha Dhawan, Sebastian de Souza, Bayo Gbadamosi and Belinda Bromilow.

It is important to note that The Great has won two Primetime Creative Arts Emmy Awards in 2022 and 2023 for Outstanding Period Costumes. This auction gives you an opportunity to bid on costumes made by Emmy Award winning artisans.

Aside from some amazing period costumes there are also period specific furniture set decoration pieces, jewelry pieces, stunt pistols, production used clapperboards and various props pieces. In all there will be 207 lots each coming with a studio certficate of authenticity. The lots have been separated into two one-week auctions starting on Thursday January 18 ending on Thursday February 1, 2024.

Bidding on the VIP Fan Auctions site is easy. If any bid is placed within the final minute of the Auction Period, the Auction Period will automatically be extended by 1 additional minute.
