James Bond’s next assignment is to thrill auction go-ers as Julien’s auctions props, vehicles, set pieces jamesbondoctopussyplaneand gadgets. Bond has some interesting ways of getting from point A to point B. In Die Another Day, Pierce Brosnan fought villainous thugs while driving an Osprey 5 hovercraft. Of the seventeen crafts built for the film only a few survived destruction and one is offered for sale here. Octopussy saw Roger Moore’s Bond flying the world’s lightest single engine jet in the world. This BD-5J, built by stunt pilot J.W. “Corkey” Fornof, is offered to the high flying winning bidder. Never one to simply drive a car, in Tomorrow Never Dies Bond used a mobile phone/remote control for his escape from the bad guys. This prop, along with other props, posters and signed items, are among the items in this 007 collection. – Juliens Auctions
