Propstore Announces Auction Of Legendary Monster Maker!

Well it is a big announcement made by movie prop retailer/auctioneer Propstore today. It was announced on social media that coming May 29th 2015 the Propstore will be holding the “Rick Baker-Monster Maker Live Auction”. 

Rick Baker is a legend in film making with close to one hundred movie credits, ten Oscar nominations and seven Oscar wins. Rick has worked over the decades to create movie magic in the form of special effects make up and design, creating some of the most memorable characters in film. Some of Ricks credits include Star Wars Episode VI A New Hope, An American Werewolf in London, Harry and the Henderson’s, Gorilla’s in the Mist, Men in Black, Hellboy,  Planet of the Apes (2001) and Maleficent.

The Propstore stated on social media that there will be “more than 400 lots from over 50 different films spanning the career of the legendary make-up effects artist“. The auction is set to be held live at the Hilton Universal City in Los Angeles.

In addition to the live auction online and phone bidding will also be apart of this amazing event. And lastly the lots in the auction will have NO RESERVES, meaning this is a rare opportunity to own something out of this world!
