The Next Profiles in History Hollywood Auction #83 will be taking place in a few weeks. In this article I am going to be looking at five lots that will be in the day three July 1st portion of the auction event.  Friday July 1st will be the day lots 1201-1708 will be up for bidding with all lots being TV/Movie props, Costumes, Production Material, and Miniature models. There are hundreds of noteworthy lots in the upcoming auction that deserve an article. 5 – William Shatner “Kirk” Vulcan Lirpa weapon from Star Trek TOS episode “Amok Time”

Iconic and recognizable is how Profiles in History describes this lot in their Hollywood Auction 83 catalog. This weapon is from one of the most revered episodes of Star Trek The Original Series. Screen used by Kirk to battle Spock this weapon is amazing. This true piece of Star Trek history has an auction estimate of $40,000-$60,000 Lot 1534.

4 – BTTF III Michael J. Fox screen used “Distressed” 1950’s Cowboy Costume

A rare costume from Back to the Future III used in the scene from when Marty McFly first arrives in Hill Valley of the old west. The costume is from the scene where Buford Tannen lasso’s Marty and drags him through the town to the court house. The fact the this costume can be matched to a scene in the movie make this a must add to the list. The distressed costume still has the studio tags connecting it to Michael J. Fox. 3 – Spaceballs Winnebago “Eagle 5” Filming Miniature Model

How cool is this! Used on screen this filming model is all kinds of cool from one of Mel Blanks biggest spoof hits. Lone Starr’s Eagle 5 model features amazing detail making it more realistic on screen. Auction Estimate $40,000-$60,000 Lot 1309.

2 – Transformers Revenge of the Fallen “Matrix of Leadership”

The Matrix of Leadership prop from the second movie in the Transformers movie franchise. This is a prop that any fan of the Transformer movies would recognize. The Matrix of Leadership plays an integral part in Revenge of the Fallen, Become the Leader of the Autobot’s with this prop in your collection. This rare Tansformers beauty has a reasonable auction estimate of $2,000-$3,000 Lot 1472.

1-Star Wars A New Hope X-wing Filming Miniature

This Screen used filming miniature X-wing from Star Wars comes from the collection of Grant McCune, Chief Model Maker and optical effects on the film. Nothing says Star Wars like a X-wing fighter! Auction Estimate $150,000 – $250,000 Lot 1221.
