Bates Motel TV Prop and Costume Auction
Screenbid continues to bring the hits from the TV screen to auction with their latest auction of screen used memorabilia from the A&E hit Bates Motel. Bates Motel is a prequel to the Psycho movie series. Bates Motel gives a portrayal of how Norman Bates’ psyche unravels through his teenage years, and how deeply intricate his relationship with his mother, Norma, truly is.
The 154 lot auction includes props, costumes, set pieces along with other items used in the making of all five seasons. The auction dates are Monday April 17th thorough Friday May 5th 2017. Registration and bidding will be exclusively on the Screenbid website, see links within this article. Since the items being sold come directly from the studio a certificate of authenticity will be provided displaying the studio and TV show name.
There is a 24% buyers premium on top of the hammer price. In addition regardless of shipping method, Screenbid assesses a $14.95 per item handling fee (US) or $24.95 per item shipped outside the United States, plus all shipping fees.
